We connect with the essence ofWE ARE ONE, we delve deeper into Being and Feeling, an event with several therapies, a 1 day experience. Always beautiful and very transformative. We explore the holistic approach to understanding and integrating the human being as a whole, interconnected on different levels: physical, energetic, emotional and spiritual.

We practice DanceOM, seeking to create an environment where we feel free from judgment, working with the movements of the elements, earth, fire, water, air and ether, in order to be in essence.

O Ecstatic Dance is a form of artistic expression and movement that harmonizes the elements of dance, music, providing a deep experience of self-expression, love, interaction and connection with the body, mind and spirit through Free Dance. It can be practiced by all people of all ages, but in this edition our program isaimed at adults.

The proposal is to dance barefoot, without using a cell phone or talking to be fully connected with our bodies and immersed in the experience of movement and music. 

Please emphasize that we don't allow the consumption of alcoholic beverages, smoking and use or being under illicit substances during the event, we seek to be in the essence of who we are.

The event is held in Portuguese and English.
We will provide water and teas during the afternoon.

Our meetings take place in the District of Leiria, always at 4th Saturday or Sunday of the month, we are trying to carry out this regularly, monthly or every 2 months.
We are excited about our project led and guided by Ge Louise to acquire land and build our dome. We express our deepest gratitude to all the supporters who generously and abundantly contribute to this achievement. Each contribution is a significant step towards achieving our goal and making this dream a reality. We are not looking for investors but rather Dharma creators.
